Enquiry information
When you submit an enquiry, the website collects your name, email address, phone number, selected product and message to enable a response. The enquiry records are stored in the configured website database.
Account information
This release includes a visual member portal preview only. Member registration, KYC uploads, wallet transactions and live account data are not yet active.
Security and rights
Production privacy and retention notices must be reviewed and approved by the cooperative before live onboarding begins. The organisation should provide its verified privacy contact details, deletion and access-request procedure, lawful bases, processors, retention periods and relevant regulatory statements.
